Carry out the same routine at home, when locked in, the same every day at the SAME TIME and the days will blur into each other.
Plan everyone's schedule for them. Bathroom(s) eating with set menu as far as possible, TV times on the net blah blah . Sure you have the right idea by now.
Keep time for writing x hours per day. I also have courses on How to Draw, Paint in Oils, Make A Movie, Make your Own Commercial for bucks not millions, and more much more...
Finally just thought if you do not have any idea then a HOW TO ebook is easier for you as a starter

Ps It does not matter whatever business you are in . By writing an ebook on your profession/ trade you automatically become an AUTHORITY. Even if you are a multi millionaire, CEO of a listed company. I WILL teach you as this is just part of my being a POLYMATH. I am the expert. Yes, an Author you have to blow your own trumpet loud and clear. No one else will do it for you. Everything starts with the author who has to push it
